Booking and Cancellation

Cancellations should be made at least one hour before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any charges. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made via debit or credit card through our secured payment system. Prices are quoted at the time of booking and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Due to fluctuating fuel prices and other factors, rates may vary slightly depending on demand. 

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to adhere to conduct standards while using our services. Any disruptive behaviour can result in termination of service without compensation. Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times for their safety.

Limitation of Liability

TS Cab Services aims to provide a timely and efficient service; however, we do not accept liability for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic congestion or adverse weather conditions. While utmost care is taken in handling passenger belongings, TS Cab Services assumes no responsibility for loss or damage of personal effects.
